FAQ
Stain Removal Questions
Can pressure washing remove oil stains?
Pressure alone usually will not fully remove oil. We use degreasers, heat when needed, and proper rinsing to reduce or remove oil and grease staining.
Can rust stains be removed from concrete?
Yes, many rust stains can be removed or heavily reduced with specialty rust removal products. These stains should not be attacked with high pressure alone.
What are white stains on concrete?
White powdery staining is often efflorescence, which is mineral residue that rises to the surface of concrete, block, brick, or masonry.
Can you remove tire marks?
Yes. Tire marks can often be reduced or removed depending on the age of the stain, the surface, and how deep the rubber has bonded.
Do you use the same chemical for every stain?
No. Oil, rust, fertilizer, mold, hard water, and efflorescence all require different approaches. Using the wrong product can make results worse.
Do you remove commercial stains?
Yes. We clean commercial stains on drive-thrus, storefronts, sidewalks, dumpster pads, restaurants, and parking areas.
Can every stain be fully removed?
Not always. Some stains permanently change the surface, but most can be greatly improved with the correct process.
Should I send a picture before booking?
Yes. A photo helps us identify the stain, recommend the right service, and give a better estimate.
